CLA announced the launch of its latest workshop, which is designed to educate business managers and organisations on strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
The event, presented in partnership with PB will feature recognised industry experts such as PB Co-Founder Mervyn Raphael, a founder of PB in South Asia, MEA and SEA and CLA CEO Director Riaz Hassen, a leadership and business strategist with over 29 years’ experience, who has been instrumental in the growth of diversified conglomerates. The two-day programme to be held on June 24 and 25, at The Kingsbury, will focus on areas such as aligning human resources with strategic business growth, articulating and implementing compelling EVP, identifying and developing employee potential, building a highly engaged workforce using EE 2.0 framework, building a high performance organisation and business transformation through leadership transformation.
