Visitors to imprisoned MP Ranjan Ramanayake will not be allowed for two weeks as a result of taking a selfie with MP Harshana Rajakaruna at the Angunakolapelessa Prison, the Prisons Department said
Prison spokesman Chandana Ekanayake said that when Ranjan Ramanayake was produced before the Prison Disciplinary Board he pleaded guilty for having a selfie taken with MP Rajakaruna.
Earlier, MP Rajakaruna, who visited Ranjan Ramanayake at the Angunakolapelessa Prison had taken a selfie there and later posted it on his Face-book
A Jailor who allowed MP Rajakaruna to take a selfie with Ramanayake was interdicted. .
