LB Finance launches Telemarketing & Call Centre unit

LB Finance officially launched its Telemarketing & Call Centre unit at Kolonnawa recently.

LB Finance,the leading finance company in Sri Lanka took this initiative to assist all customers who wants to know information about its products and services. Now you can call LB Finance Telemarketing & Call centre Unit at any time of the day to know about their services.

Head of Marketing Roshan Jayawardena stated that “We will further develop this function so that it can facilitate customers at any time of the day. Our ambition is to make this a fully fledge Call Centre & Telemarketing unit which operates 24x7. Further this step will help us to manage all inquiries in an effective and efficient manner without any delays.”

This ceremony was graced by Laksman Wanniarachchi (AGM- Micro Finance), Chandrika Alwis (Head of Gold Loans), Yohan Hettiarachchi (Manager- Recoveries) , Kenneth Daniel (Regional  Manager- Credit) and other staff members.
