i mean billions spent of development work!! especially in Colombo for IIFA and Presidents Oath Taking Ceremony and guess what?? Colombo is flooded!!! and with just 8 - 10 hrs of rain??? gosh!!! there used to be rains for 2 days and still it was ok!!

No proper drainage system in Sri Lanka. So this is the result. People are only interested to put up flats and big offices.Govt must do something to stop this. If not more to come like this.
