Sri Lankan weddings are too extragavant for the Brides parents. Each one tries to outdo the other. Weddings should be kept very simple with the couples intermediate family and close freinds attending. All the Bru-ha-ha is just an utter waste of money, its much better to give the new couple the money which is usually wasted on all this nonsense and invting all an sundry.

Nothing wring to have a good celebrations for any important event of life.do it your best.but dont do parties with borrowed money.there is no happiness when you borrow and do parties.end of the party its beging if repay the debts for many years,loosing homes,lands.memories are bitter,not happy memories.do your wedding most simple and economical way.make it a sweet memory.dont do such for create sad memories for life.
