The syrup produced by Ayurvedic practitioner Dhammika Bandara, which he claims is a cure for COVID-19, was handed over to Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardene today at the Parliamentary complex. The Speaker and several other government MPs were later seen taking a sip of the syrup.

All those who are making negative comments about this indigenous syrup are gullible and can’t think straight. Look at the facts, over a million people have died worldwide ,majority in the hospitals, and the DOCTORS HAVE NO ANSWERS OTHER THAN GIVING OXYGEN. But you are prepared to still rely on the doctors !!!!!

Dear citizen, Iam a Journalist one-of leading newspaper so iam positive with Covid and admitted to Dankotuwa Hospital and I came here 29 Sunday so in this hospital there is very limited facilities so when came here I got know real situation of hospital, we write stories what ministers said giving facilities to hospital but when came here I saw there is no facilities provided. So I will write good story about this situation and this is good experience for me also to tell truth of Covid facilities to hospital. so you can see the pictures what I publish in picture caption on 09th December "Minimum facilities for Covid patients at Dankotuwa Hospital"
