SJB can understand why Tamils did not approve Sri Lanka's constitution. Tamils consider Sri Lanka's constitution as a 20A.

Agree with the request to keep the duel citizenship clauee audit related clause and limitation to no of ministers clause. Other than that, power must be converge to president or parliament to prevent past conflict situations.
