Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera today called on Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó at the Foreign Ministry to discuss bilateral cooperation and issues of mutual concern. The Hungarian Foreign Minister was accompanied by a delegation that consisted of Ambassador of Hungary to Sri Lanka Gylua Pathó and Gabor Kun, Deputy CEO of the Hungarian National Trading House. Meanwhile, Minister Samaraweera met Dr. Shamshad Akhtar, the Under-Secretary General of the United Nations and Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) at the Ministry.
