Facilities Management Integrated (FMI) has now been awarded ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas Certification for its management system and ISO 45001:2018 certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management System by the World-renowned certification body.
“We as a team are extremely proud to be honoured as the first IMS certified Facilities Management Company in Sri Lanka. The path for obtaining this prestigious certification was pretty exciting as we knew that we are going to show our credibility and desire for delivering the best to our customers. Now our goal is to constantly maintain and improve the earned respect,” said Januka Kularathna, Head of Quality Assurance at FMI.
Both the ISO certifications confirm FMI’s commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, safety and continuous improvement. ISO 9001:2015 meanwhile is the most recent adaptation of the well renowned global standard that provides the framework for the company-wide quality management systems (QMS).
