The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) yesterday said trading hours would be extended to 2:30 p.m., with effect from today, with pre-open sessions from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and open auction starting from 11:00 a.m.
The CSE said the decision to extend trading hours was taken with the government announcing that the curfew would be effective from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. daily, in all districts, with effect from today.
The CSE also said the capital market stakeholders also requested to extend trading hours in line with the
relaxation of curfew.
