Independent Sri Lanka’s 70th budget and the third budget of the good governance administration themed ‘Towards rapid development with benefits to all’ will be presented to parliament today. The picture shows Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake engaged in giving the final touches to the budget proposals. Treasury Secretary Dr. R.H.S. Samaratunga, Deputy Secretaries S.R.
