A 16-year-old was killed and two other youths were injured when their motorbike collided with a Cab at Kotagedara in Piliyandala this afternoon.
Police said the victims had not been wearing helmets at the time of the accident.
The injured were admitted to the Colombo South Teaching Hospital.

I THINK INCREASING FINES IS NOT ENOUGH AND NOT THE ONLY SOLUTION TO STOP ROAD ACCIDENT. PLACING ROAD DIVIDERS ON EVERY MAIN ROADS MIGHT BE HELPFUL TO A CERTAIN EXTENT.
