TOO CONFUSING!!! WESTERN CONSPIRACY ????
D.P.Liyanage Tuesday, 23 October 2012 06:46 AM
Why does she wanted to tell this now? Is she also insane? If it was happening at that time, She would have reported it then.
Now what katha?
Glen Tuesday, 23 October 2012 06:57 AM
When our politicians get arrested for any crime, they immidiatly become sick. This is too the same tactick to escape from the legal net. If sakvithi shared a big portion with the rulers, then he too can get released on bail and escape.
Roshan Tuesday, 23 October 2012 07:14 AM
Why is she complaining now? Is it because he has no money to give her.
R.Perera Tuesday, 23 October 2012 07:18 AM
What happened to Lalith Kothalawala
akram Tuesday, 23 October 2012 07:29 AM
The Lawyer of Mrs Sakvithi has advised his client that this is the only way-out..
wiki Tuesday, 23 October 2012 07:44 AM
Where r the patriots who recommended Sakvithi as a reliable Finance Co.
Potta Sunil Tuesday, 23 October 2012 07:57 AM
Husband has raped his wife! Now he should marry her...haha..!
faizal Tuesday, 23 October 2012 08:01 AM
Mrs. Shakvithi could have done thousand times more than what he did and escaped from all the charges. He could havecnegotiated with her just 1% by which he could have earn 10 times more than what got from scam. Poorman was too late to understand her..
But she has bright future in politics.
Government should seek advice from her how to get rid of oue so called war crime.
Maximilian Tuesday, 23 October 2012 06:47 AM
it seem like they are trying to pack additional charges so they get a longer conviction for this fellow.....may be he had been living with the woman before she was 18 year and that constitute for rape as she was a minor. I am sure a lawyer would be able to explain this better !!!
Sandu Tuesday, 23 October 2012 08:16 AM
So wot, now she is pregnant?
Nodrog Tuesday, 23 October 2012 08:21 AM
Now she will know how the people she and her husband cheated feel.
Lal Tuesday, 23 October 2012 08:12 AM
Why now? However, this appears to be a very suspicious development! Can a legal expert advice as to the implications of this if Sakvithi is convicted for this charge? !
sahdi Tuesday, 23 October 2012 08:19 AM
why SAKVITHI can not get a way from all.... like K.P(former LTTE arm supplier)
Manoj Tuesday, 23 October 2012 09:11 AM
Will Wimal Weerappuli Weerwansa say, ,,,,, meka sakkili CIA vedak,,,,,,,,,, How comes His Excellency Mervyn Silva hasn't attempted to solve this issue is his own ''paathaala style'
Aney Machang Tuesday, 23 October 2012 10:00 AM
Sakvithi to jail and his wife to Angoda mental hospital
Jagath Leanage Tuesday, 23 October 2012 10:39 AM
Confusing. How can husband rape his wife?
perumal Wednesday, 24 October 2012 02:14 AM
Yes, Sunimal, I too am perplexed. Many wives would have chosen to prosecute their husbands for not raping them had their been laws for that!
sinnan Wednesday, 24 October 2012 04:00 AM
it's really a game with an influential politicians who involved with sakvithi in cheating with billions of peoples money.
So they are trying to get sakvithi to jail and his wife going to go with this politician with the looted swindled money.
Confused Wednesday, 24 October 2012 04:24 AM
Wow, she says this after 14 years and having 2 children with him???????
ANTON Tuesday, 23 October 2012 04:43 AM
MAAYAN HATA HATHAREN EKAK WITHARAY.
Saliya Wicks Monday, 22 October 2012 10:31 PM
Why accuse now? It looks like the wife is trying to win sympathy from the legal system.
Rizaniya Monday, 22 October 2012 10:42 PM
What sort of a statement is this?
Sunimal Tuesday, 23 October 2012 12:07 AM
Hathara beeri katha !!!
Cobra Tuesday, 23 October 2012 02:05 AM
Sakvithi- from frying pan into the fire. Let him burn!
Calistus Jayatilleke Tuesday, 23 October 2012 02:36 AM
Obviously, after being a partner in crime with her husband when the going was good, now she wants to get out of it by claiming to be a victim.
Thomas Tuesday, 23 October 2012 03:35 AM
This is just to seek sympathy from her victims. Why she did not come out all these years. ?
Normal Citizen Tuesday, 23 October 2012 03:55 AM
Looks like the woman is raping him now. As they say, what goes around comes around.
rodney Tuesday, 23 October 2012 03:53 AM
nonsense!! she deserves to be gang raped for this betrayal. how come she live with him for so long and now complain? surely she is a shrewd bitch..
guy Tuesday, 23 October 2012 03:57 AM
After getting divorced, my ex-wife accused me of raping her for the last 6 years. wow, I have started to see another pattern in women, this is genetic
Janaki Kalansuriya Tuesday, 23 October 2012 04:00 AM
When one falls from fame and fortune, even the shadow eludes one. Gauthama Buddha!
Iraj Jayarathne Monday, 22 October 2012 09:53 PM
Might be a plot to escape from legal charges against her as she too was involved in his notorious rackets.
Mathukumara Tuesday, 23 October 2012 04:59 AM
Legal system should charge him for rape as well. Yet do not drop the charges against the wife. The citizens should know that their hard earned savings cannot be swindled and gotten away with.
Matalan Tuesday, 23 October 2012 05:00 AM
She enjoyed the loot with her husband while the going was good and now wants the world to believe (after 12 years) that it was done under duress. She should be sentenced twice.
Ranjith Silva Tuesday, 23 October 2012 05:00 AM
Delayed justice is no use.
lk Tuesday, 23 October 2012 05:14 AM
She is trying to get away??
xlntgson Tuesday, 23 October 2012 05:37 AM
Sakvithis style! For a good teacher certificates work, if they keep on probation, life long!
Lal Tuesday, 23 October 2012 05:39 AM
Why now? They have been married since then, in consequence I do not think that there are any ethical grounds to take this charges up now. This should be dismissed without wasting public money on hearing the same!
Anura Tuesday, 23 October 2012 06:14 AM
Why not this law as a "Financial scammer" is not applied to Kothalawala and his team for Golden Key Financial Scammer??? Is it a big stake gone to ruling heaven??? It is all a game.. Sakvithi you made a mistake having eat every thing your own.
