Story began in 2007. It was filled in 2008 but tar barrels appeared again within 3 months. Now it is back to 2007 condition. This is the promised land we live.

It's probably due to the soil erosion caused by the sea which is close by. I wish they'd first fix the root of the problem.

This is existing more than one year, CMC and RDA passing the ball to each other. As these inefficient institutes unable to solve this problem I think defence secretary has to intervene and sort this out.
