Well, some [elected ones and their cronies] rob legally when people are well awake, but they are not guilty. When, the 'robbers' do it, they are named and shamed. Can anyone ask Dr. Silva how exactly he amassed his wealth? That goes to the Kurakkan Brothers as well. By the way, what happened the massive amount of cash and gold that was captured in Vanni in March 2009?
