SL refugee killed in India

A Sri Lankan Tamil refugee was killed and three others were injured after a motorbike collided with a Navy official's car at Mandapam, police said.

Three refugees riding on the bike were crossing the road near the Refugee camp, when their two-wheeler collided with a Navy official's car, killing one of the refugees on the spot.

The two other refugees and the driver of the car were also injured in the accident.

Three Navy personnel were in the car when the accident took place, police said. (NDTV)
