UNP MP Harin Fernando said in response to Mr. Jaysekera’s apology that it was natural for Mr. Jayaskera to tender an apology as he must be ashamed of himself- being a chief minister

Mr. Fernando added that said he would retire from politics if it was proved that he had patronised casinos. He said it was Mr. Jayasekera’s allegation that he had led to the brawl. (YP)
