No one has the right to take another persons life, legally or illegally. Why are we promoting death sentences?
In a place where corruption is high, how can you even let someone take someones life on the pretext of "law"!!! It is a fact that no one can take another persons life for whatever reason it is. So for such cases, life sentence is the way to go!!!

Wow!!! Such a short lived case!!! Only 17 yrs!!! Only people who benefited from the ordeal is the lawyers and the magistrate. Fined Rs. 10,000 for stealing Rs. 500,000. That's a joke and a half especially when you factor in the inflation for the past 17 yrs.
Death sentence is preferable because for one it weeds out the evil and also saves tax payer's money used to keep these goons in jail.
