If it's official it's likely not to be illegal (not enough to be challenged in the courts anyway) . Buyer at least knows what's in store for them

HR It's not Robert. It was agreed by both parties. So what's the issue? Arrest all the businessmen and women in SL. The tourist should have checked prices before agreeing to go on the tour.
