Britain said that it was disappointed that Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group (CMAG) has not addressed Sri Lanka’s human rights situation more substantively in their its meetings.

“We have been disappointed that CMAG has not addressed Sri Lanka more substantively in its recent meetings. We have made clear to CMAG members that we consider it was of paramount importance that the Commonwealth addresses areas of concern, especially when Commonwealth members are failing to meet domestic, as well as international, agreements,” Senior Minister of State (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) Sayeeda Warsi told British Parliament on Friday.

She said that the UK was not a member of the Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group (CMAG) and the UK discussed the human rights situation in Sri Lanka with all Commonwealth counterparts attending the Commonwealth Foreign Ministers’ meeting in New York on 26 September, this year.

Ms. Warsi, you have the reputation of staying in a friend's house and pocket the money of the expenses of food and lodging is pure breach of trust and tax payers’ money.
You are not qualified or add any weight to much wider, serious issues like Human Rights Abuses in Sri Lanka.

Sayeeda Warsi's credibility must be in question because not so long ago she was sacked from her post as Conservative Pary Chairwoman after she was found to have made fraudulent expenses claims as an MP. One of them was a claim for rental for accommodation when she stayed with relatives for free.
