Congrats Black caps. Well deserved victory from day one. Very disappointed with the performance of senior SL players. Top 4 batsmen contributed nothing. Shame... Dont know how they will perform against the Oz pace batteries. Hat's off to Southee who performed brilliantly in both tests. Finally its time to bring in young blood. Drop Paranawitharana and bring in Dimuth Karunaratne. Our senior players play well only for IPL - not for country.

it just seemed that the celebrated SL batting line up seems to be favouring T20 so much that they cannot play proper test cricket. exception being Mahela's 91 in the 1st Test. Nevertheless respect out to Herath - the boy is fighting a lone battle like murali did in the past - murali was naturally gifted but Herath is all hard work and determination. Hats off to him.

NZ has always been a team who play in the right spirit of the game, such a nice set of individuals to watch, ever since the days of Sir Richard Hadlee, Crowe, Fleming, Astle, Cairns and Bond.

One cannot win all matches. You win and you tend to loose too. At the end, if your victories are greater in %, then you are ok. Sri Lanka has done this we think in the last year!
