Drivers of these vehicles should be trained properly. They think they own the roads and do what ever they want by puttinng other motorists and innocent people in danger.

Our invaluable intelligent politicians should be given more secretaries to help them, so that they reduce need to dash from place to place to serve us.
Ivon Tissera Saturday, 02 June 2012 12:55 AM
You both and the security were lucky to be out of danger as per the Doctors at the hospital. There are so many buffalows on that Sooriyawewa - Nonagama road who jumps at once and there were so many accidents leading to fatal. God bless and protect you.
LOTUS Saturday, 02 June 2012 02:27 AM
wishing you & your wife a speedy recovery .God bless you !!
Observer Saturday, 02 June 2012 03:20 AM
Accidents do happen. Unlike other road accidents of high profile road users, this accident did not result in the death or injury of a pedestrian.
Ram Perera Friday, 01 June 2012 10:05 PM
If the vehicles went at a reasonable speed the accident would not have happened. As HKS say it is nothing but unruly arrogant behaviour on the road

Politicians,
Why do want to have back vehicles?Just see the money you are wasting for these back up vehicles and to fuel them.Once you become to power we will be not able go on the road if we are travelling on the same direction.Arent you?All back up vehicles should ban at least now.
Jagath Leanage

A result of over-speeding on public roads. Can't understand the need to speed all the time at the inconvenience and safety of other road users.
