The Army along with the Police Special Task Force (STF) have launched a search operation to locate a journalist gone missing since last night at Pitamaruwa Mini World's End.
The missing person was identified as a 34-year-old graphic artist of a TV station and a resident of Maggona in Kalutara.
He was among a group including doctors who had visited the Mini World's End on Saturday.
The victim reportedly gone missing due to heavy rains.
Heavy fog and rains hampered the search operation. (Palitha Ariyawansa and Prasanna Padmasiri)
