P.S.M. Charles appointed NP Governor

Former Customs Director-General P.S.M.Charles was appointed as the Governor of the Northern Province by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today.

She was earlier appointed as the Secretary to the Health Ministry by President Rajapaksa.
