The Examinations Department today announced that the results of the 2019 GCE Ordinary Level Examination would be released with the next two days.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Examinations Commissioner General Sanath B. Pujitha said all preparations have been made to release the results of the examination.
The results of all private and school candidates could be obtained through the Department’s website http://www.doenets.lk or by contacting the Examinations Department via Hotline (Examinations Dept): 1911 School Examinations organising Branch : 011 278 4208 / 011 278 4537/ 011 318 8350/ 011 314 0314 or Fax 011 278 4422.
School principals, Zonal and Provincial Directors can also view O/L results through the website for the first time in the examination history.
"They do not need to come to the examinations department to collect their results," the commissioner said.
He said the principals, Zonal and Provincial directors would be provided with usernames and passwords to log on to the examinations website.
The O/L Examination was held from December 2 to 12 at 4,987 centres with 541 coordinating centres countrywide. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
