Mairhri had full power to stop him getting back to Singapore through a court order .Why he did not do that ?

KP was a Sri Lankan terrorist but Mahendran is a Banker and a Singapore Citizen, so you can’t bring him back the same way. Now, where can Mahendran escape to, he must be still in Singapore. But one thing is certain Singapore will not extradite him to Sri Lanka.
