Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has congratulated Theresa May on her appointment as Prime Minister of Great Britain.

Since as your name says, you are not a human. So, we do not need to be worried over tears of a buffalo. Please note, a person should not be conversant in English to be literate. There are many scholars who speaks and write only in Tamil, Sinhalese, and more over French, Chinese, Russian, Spanish etc. Be proud of your culture and language is part of it.
