MR to China tomorrow

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa with a few other members of the joint opposition will undertake a week's official tour of China tomorrow.

He will be accompanied by former external affairs minister G.L. Peiris, MP Lohan Ratwatte and former MP Udith Lokubandara.

Mr. Rajapaksa has been invited by the Chinese Government. The China-Sri Lanka relations reached new heights during his tenure as president even to the level of a Strategic Partnership Cooperation. (Kelum Bandara)
