He is the third or fourth Police OIC to die within few weeks in Sri Lanka. My theory is one neighbouring country out of jealousy has infected our country with its own coronavirus through our police and other departments.

Condolences to the OIC's family. We have many bloated ones in the Parliament who don't have visible necks and they are the ones need daily exercise. I guess, the good ones die young and the old ones sit in the parliament and torment others.
