Parliament adjourned due to lack of quorum

Parliament was postponed due to lack of quorum of 20 parliamentarians a shortwhile ago, by the Deputy Chariman of Committees Chandrakumar Murugesu who was at the chair. The law making body is to re-convene on July 23.

What is important is not the Parliament, but winning the elections. Must be busy with Wayamba, Cenral and NE elections.

Yes , they should be busy , for people's work , why should waist there valuable time by coming to parliament

When people have signed their lives away giving 2/3 of their vote, MPs know jolly well it's only a talk-shop where the Govt. will always pass all Bills without a contest. Why bother?
