The Divisional Secretary of Bibile has been arrested this morning the Police said. the DS had been arrested for forcefully entering the Moneragala hospital under the influence of liquor and causing nuisance, the Police said. (S.D)

Definitely this DS would have worked against the local politician, otherwise this (arrest) wouldn't have been happened in this country..

he should have taken drink to enter the hospital forcefully . there must be some thing seriouse in connectio withe DS
