Constable dies running

A 44 year old Police Constable attached to the security unit of  Opposition leader Ranil Wickremasinghe died of a heart attack this morning during a fitness training session of the Police.  (Supun Dias)

Without the phycisian supevision what type of fitness. Sri Lanka police have to go long way.

Agreed they are not the fittest looking bunch on the roads. They lack serious discipline & set a very bad example.
