This is a very good move, to get ready for any eventuality of current COVID situation.
Shelton Pathirane Friday, 07 May 2021 03:29 AM
After seeing in the TV screens the dirty hospitals in the Indian capital Delhi where people are dying in thousands, it is great to see how our Army has quickly built a great and pleasant Covid Hospital.
Saranga W Friday, 07 May 2021 03:42 AM
Bravo and hopefully this will end soon
Rama D Friday, 07 May 2021 05:30 AM

A bed in a warehouse does not a hospital make. Lockdown now or go the way of India.
Lumbini Friday, 07 May 2021 07:21 AM
Opening hospitals are not triumphant moments it is a good thing though.

Great work by Sri Lanka Army. This shows that we have professional army that can face any eventuality.
Chryshan K Friday, 07 May 2021 07:35 AM
At the rate covid is spreading 2000 a day, probably we have to open these hospitals one a day. Without closing the country at appropriate time now making the whole covid a money making machine like eelam war.

From where all the doctors and nurses are coming? Where are the ventilators?
vince Friday, 07 May 2021 12:20 PM
OMG, such unietelligent people. The ventilators are in main hospitals and IDH STUPID. This a hospital for less severly affected people. Honestly some people!
Thisara Priyan Friday, 07 May 2021 08:16 AM
Some negative minded people cannot see this. Even in the USA football fields were converted to makeshift hospitals. That's the usual practice in a pandemic situation even though our people keep criticising everything.
Neo Friday, 07 May 2021 10:17 AM
They want actual hospitals to be built in an emergency. God help if these people somehow creep into decision taking positions.
Ranjith Friday, 07 May 2021 08:16 AM
Please also show pictures of Ventilators and other equipment's its look like a quarantine center

Seeduwa has the highest infection rate in the Gampaha District so this facility is welcome. But, where are the ventilators?
