13 amendment was hastily created in utter secrecy between JR and Rajiv just to satisfy separatist desires of the Tamil mass living in Tamil Nadu as the first step to create a so called Tamil homeland. If Tamils think Issues such as unemployment youth, corruption, bureaucracy, poverty and substandard living conditions are shared only Tamils in the North and East because they are getting discriminated by the Sinhala mass, time has now come to open your eyes and wake up to the reality.
Conditions mentioned above are shared by pretty much every Sri Lankan who call Sri Lanka home. Money could have spent on development over the years, had to be spent on fighting Terrorism started by Tamils here and overseas. A third world country which provides health and education free of charge even without proper taxation system needs to be commendable for what it has achieved over the past few years. It is time to wake up.
