What's the use of protesting on the roads ? If you were dismissed from service unfairly, you should lodge complaints at the labour ministry and take proper legal action. I have a feeling that they might have agreed to this at that time (and may have received some compensation at at that time also) but protesting again now.

Already loss. How can pay them. Ask to privatise again.
