Waiting for the auspicious time

The foundation stone for the construction of the Secretariat for Personal Identification was laid in Battaramulla this morning. Pictured here are Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa and  Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa awaiting the arrival of the auspicious time. Secretariat for Personal Identification?? what's that. A brand new 7.5bill ruppee building full of govenment henchaiyas doing nothing. Auspicious times for the Rajapassa family.. bad times for Srilankans.
