Pot calling the kettle black. That brilliant Customs Officer, who paid the supreme prize with his life in trying to apprehend those, who illegally imported alcohol to the country, must be turning in his grave and kicking the lid of the coffin.

Comments about supply chain : DCSL dictate to the retailers that they will not sell DCSL products for the Retailers who sell other manufacturers products. Although this is in violation of EN 666 and consumer protection laws(anti competitive laws) Excise do not file TCR(technical crime reports) against DCSL. The result is the other manufacturers have got their own agents to become retailers for their survival. For such retailers also DCSL refuse to sell their products in violation of Excise regulations which carry heavy fines if prosecuted by the Excise. They do not enforce against this company. Violator of laws now complaints and talk about good Governace.
