Colombo was the automatic choice of Global Offshore Services Ltd. India, for their conversion / repair requirements to ready the offshore support vessel (OSV). Shergar, to meet with the stringent Petobras charter requirements. This project was awarded to Colombo Dockyard as a result of successful completion of OSV.
