The Supreme Court today issued a restraining order against Nagananda Kodituwakku preventing him from practising as an attorney for three years.

The three-member bench, Chief Justice Nalin Perera, Justices Sisira De Abrew and Prasanna Jayawardena issued the order against Kodituwakku over a defamation case filed in 2015.

Kodituwakku was charged with contempt of court after he behaved in an unruly manner before former Appeals Court President Judge Vijith Malalgoda.

He has a few public interest cases before the higher courts. In my mind he can proceed with them self represented

so now nagaha can't move with his cases against institutions and people. this is what the judiciary wanted and they got it. the only cases expedited and goes to completion are the cases involving CONTEMPT OF COURT AND INSULTING THE JUDICIARY. this is ja oke! probably the only way this country can progress is for the armed forces to take over the country and jail all politicians and all corrupt officials in the judiciary. all political crooks, all judicial crooks RUN the country and this must stop!!!!!! maybe we may need international intervention to save people like nagaha. since nagaha looks after others we should now look after him and launch a protest.
