President Maithripala Sirisena, who congratulated Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said that he was looking forward to further develop bilateral relations of the two nations. "It was a pleasure to congratulate Prime Minister Modi over the phone. I shared thoughts that Sri Lanka too celebrates along with the world's largest democracy, on his re-election. We look forward to work together to further develop our bilateral ties," President Sirisena said.
