A five year old girl and two others were injured after a house of a candidate of the recently concluded Local Government elections was shot at by an unknown gang today.

The injured child and the two others were rushed to the hospital after the attack. The house belonged to a candidate who lost the recently concluded Local Government elections for the Kelaniya Pradeshiya Sabha. (Daily Mirror online)
