Bureau Veritas CPS becomes first accredited laboratory for cosmetic product testing

Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Lanka (Pvt) Ltd has received the accreditation for cosmetic product testing, becoming the first laboratory in Sri Lanka to possess the accreditation for cosmetic products.
LEED Platinum certified green laboratory is located in Katubedda which cater testing services for garments , fabrics , accessories , food, cosmetics, agricultural products, chemical and paint testing, soil and fertilizer testing, water and waste water testing, REACH compliance testing, etc.
Bureau Veritas CPS is a ISO 17025 accredited laboratory by NABL India and has received the accreditation from Sri Lanka Accreditation Board (SLAB) for bathing bar, liquid gel and cream, lotion, hair cream, lipstick, hair colors, hair oil, Liquid soap etc. moreover it has been expanded the scope for testing of phthalates, heavy metals and pesticides residue testing for various products categories including tea, spices, coconut products, water, waste water, cosmetics and textile products.
