Dead fish…

Picture shows some thousands of dead fish in the Arugam Bay due to the current drought situation badly affecting the eastern province. Action has been taken by the authorities to find out the reasons for the unprecedented deaths. People in the area have been advised to refrain from consuming dead fish. Pix by U Wijesinghje-Potuvil
