So many 24 HOUR “spa’s” have mushroomed in EVERY corner. It’s like an uncontrolled epidemic!! they even advertise boldly on Sunday papers! Please raid the 24 hour spas in battaramulla to Thalawatugpda area cos the police in the area are turning a blind eye!!! I’m sure if it’s a genuine spa they don’t need to be operating 24 hours unles they are brothels!!!
