Restriction on WhatsApp to be lifted from midnight

Restriction on WhatsApp messaging application would be lifted from midnight today, President’s Secretary and Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (TRC) Chairman Austin Fernando said today.

Restriction on Viber was lifted from midnight yesterday. (KB)
