Minister and Leader of the House, Lakshman Kiriella, today submitted a resolution to the Parliament Secretary General on the formation of a national government thus enabling it to increase the cabinet of ministers to 48 and the deputy, state and non-cabinet ministers to 45.

Why oh why.... First cabinet 1947 had only 14 MP's but today we have 225. Our life standards in 1947 were impressive but today with 225 buffoons it is a dustbin and still getting worse.
