Kalyani you don't understand the process. in 2015 MS won the presidency it removed the incumbent president and PM appointed by then PRE (because then PM was an appointee by then MR) here is not the same. Where is the motion to consider by a court of law to remove PM ? MS has no authority to remove the sitting PM like he changes his cloths. This sirisena is bad for the country must be chased out to the jungle ... that's the law he is practicing here. What is even worse ..... this is a lethal combination for the advancement of sri lanka.

Kalani, you clearly have no clue how a democracy works so heres the information you dont seem to know. In a democracy, the party that wins the most number of seats in an election is invited by the president to form the government. The UNP won the most number of seats in the last parliamentary election so MS invited RW to form the government. RW did not have to be elected as Prime Minister because in our form of government we elect the President but not the Prime Minister. The only two ways a sitting government can be defeated is in an election or through a no-confidence motion in parliament neither of which took place so this decision my MS to appoint MR as the Prime Minister is unconstitutional and should be over-turned by the Supreme Court.
