Colombo FC beat Air Force SC 2-1 in their Dialog Champions League Football Tournament Stage-14 match played at the Kelaniya Football Complex on Tuesday (5).
The winners led 1-0 at half time with O. I. Abumere doing the honours.
Nuwan Welgamage equalised for Air Force FC in the 46th minute before Buddhika Perera netted the match winning goal for Colombo FC in the 69th minute.
Meanwhile, Navy SC drew 0-0 against New Youngs SC in another match played at Welisara.
In addition, the match between Matara City SC and Crystal Palace SC was postponed due to bad weather.
Wednesday’s (6) fixtures: Solid SC vs Army SC at Anuradhapura, Blue Star SC vs Negombo Youth SC at Kalutara, Java Lane SC vs Saunders SC at City Football Complex, Pelicans SC vs Upcountry Lions SC at Kurunegala, Moragasmulla SC vs Police SC at Rajagiriya.
