CPC bowser crashes

Petrol was seen flowing on the Pahala Kadugannawa road after a bowser belonging the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) carrying fuel met with a road mishap. People are seen gathered near the toppled bowser and collecting the spillage.
