Inviting an auspicious start to the new year, the BMICH recently hosted an expansive and entertaining Bakmaha Ulela celebration featuring over 20 events, including the commonly popular fancy dress parade, kana mutti, sack race, singithi/wadihiti Avurudu kumara/kumariya, tug-of-war, greasy pole as well as many
other activities.
Held recently at the CCC Grounds, the BMICH Bakmaha Ulela was enjoyed by the staff and their families alike; all tremendously enjoyed the festive fun and food. The participants were also excited to showcase their
competitive spirit.
